« I don’t even know where to start on this magnificent place to stay. Julien was a super-host right from the start. I had the wrong address (my fault) and Uber dropped us a few doors away. I called Julien and he not only came down the street to greet us but carried our bags back to the right address! The apartment was so clean and spacious. Bathroom was new and large and very clean. Julien provided a local telephone number where he could be reached. He explained the dishwasher, washing machine and all other questions we had. The location could not have been better. Right on restaurant row! But the apartment was basically sound proof, never heard street noise. I had a lot of communication with Julien about safety in the area prior to our visit as I was going to be alone after my sister left. He assured me I would be safe and never felt more secure. The area is bustling with bakeries, markets, restaurants and anything I could need. Short (7) minute walk to the Metro. I am hoping my travels Bring me back to Paris and would not hesitate renting from Julien again. The apartment was large for Paris standards with plenty of privacy. Kitchen well equipped but why anyone would even think of cooking with all the great Paris food literally steps away. Thank you Julien »
